How It Works
- Tell us the brief. Quantity, budget per head, the date it needs to land, and who is receiving it.
- We quote. Pricing, available colors, personalization options, and a firm production and delivery schedule, in writing.
- You approve. We confirm stock and, where personalization is involved, send artwork proofs for sign-off before production.
- We produce and ship. To one address or to individual recipients, with tracking shared with you.
Lead Times
Straightforward orders in stocked colors move quickly. Large quantities, specific colorways, or personalization take longer. We confirm exact dates in writing before you commit, and we will tell you if a deadline is not realistic rather than miss it.
Fourth-quarter capacity fills early. If your gifts are for the holidays, start the conversation in late summer.
Terms
Corporate orders are business-to-business and are quoted individually; nothing on this page is an offer. Personalized and made-to-order pieces cannot be returned or exchanged, and are not covered by the consumer Refund Policy — faulty goods are always our responsibility and will be replaced. Full terms, including deposits, cancellation, and delivery, are set out in your quote.
